I'll lead a medium-sized medium-pace group. The proposed route is about 26km, not too taxing. We'll adapt as required to avoid the deepest boggyness. But will definitely include the fine views from Hampton Ridge ... on the way back to the fine beers at the Royal Oak. Here's my mobey number in case ...

If you have an iPhone ... use the Health app to note your emergency contact, blood group etc. This is accessible to emergency services even if your phone is locked.

There are also a number of Android apps that do the same thing available from Google PlayStore
