We strongly recommend that riders carry name, address and contact information on all rides.

It is also recommended that you have a contact number under ICE (in case of emergency) on your mobile phone.

If your phone is only accessible by you and you are incapacitated then there are a number of ID products available of which this is but one http://www.onelifeid.com. Others are available from Amazon

Enjoy your ride!!!

If your phone is normally locked (as in the case of most smartphones these days) consider creating an image with your ICE information on it and then making it your 'lock screen' wallpaper. That way - emergency services will find your ICE information without having to know the code to access your handset. :-)

If you have an iPhone ... use the Health app to note your emergency contact, blood group etc. This is accessible to emergency services even if your phone is locked.

There are also a number of Android apps that do the same thing available from Google PlayStore
