For the club trip this year we are heading to the Elan Valley in Mid Wales. As a club, we have ridden there a couple of times before.

We are planning on staying at the Elan Valley Lodge in 5* accommodation!!!! https://www.elanvalleyleisure.co.uk/leisure-breaks

The cost is £170 staying in a twin or single room and includes breakfast, packed lunch, afternoon tea and cake, 3-course evening meal.
Approx 4 hours drive from Southampton.

You need to pay a £30 deposit to secure your place. Please respond below or send me a private message. I will then send you info on how to pay the deposit into the club account. I need a response by the 2nd Dec so that we can confirm the booking.

Friday pm ride or arrive for an evening meal
Saturday day ride
Sunday long half-day ride.

I have sent out an email regarding the payment of the deposit into the club bank account please send me a private message if you do not receive it. Mark I do not have your email please PM it to me asap.

Anyone else thinking of booking in please do so by Thursday 2nd evening you will then need to pay by Saturday 4th evening so that we can pay the venue the deposit early next week and secure the weekend.

We have 21 people booked in already.
