2024 Club weekend away 7th 8th and 9th June

FURTHER UPDATE FULL AGAIN


The club away trip 2024 is happening over the weekend of the 7th 8th and 9th of June 2024.
The destination next year is the area of AFAN staying at “The Afan Lodge “ just up the road from Afan Forest Park , Port Talbot .
We have booked space for 24 riders ( 12 fast and 12 medium) at the Lodge in rooms of 2 or 4 people sharing and the current daily price is £60 inclusive of a cooked breakfast. Evening meal and drinks not included . (This price may rise slightly as they have not set their 2024 rates yet. )
Please can you respond as soon as possible if you would like to go. There will be a £60 non refundable deposit payable to the club bank account and the full cost will be charged to you if you have to cancel unless you can find someone else to take over your booking .

Apologies Eleanor, I've just got back from holiday and doubled checked the dates and I can't make the club weekend next year. I've got something else already planned that weekend so I'm going to have to withdraw from the Afan trip. Sorry.

Sheelagh may be affected by the same plans, but I'll let her confirm.
