Re: Fast Group Afan
I’ve got a route planned for the fast group as a stop off on the way to Afan. It starts at Bathampton, just before the narrow toll bridge. Looks like there is ample parking in Devonshire Road. What3words ///bill.poet.demand
Route is 17 miles, quite hilly but plenty of canal path and cycle paths to recover. There are cafes and pubs on the route or at the end if anyone needs. Arrive in time to start riding at 10.30.

Hi Fast group. What are your plans for Sat and Sunday.
The medium group are thinking of doing a blade/skyline combo on Sat and Blue Scar and/or the red from the first trail head on Sun

Sounds like we’re on similar lines. No firm decision but Bruce found a route that includes Blade with some extra loops that looks like it might be part of skyline. Sunday, again Bruce found a route that includes Penhydd and down towards the M4 and Margam Park where there are also some MTB trails so we may do that or a shorter version depending on how we feel. Looking forward to it and the weather is looking good!
