Goodwood All-Day Ride - Medium Group

Hey medium gang,
I will be leading the medium group ride from Goodwood this coming Sunday 15th Sept.
The route is 28 miles, with 3000ft of climbing, so similar stats as a day in the Purbecks! We will take in the mtb singletracks in Houghton Forest, stop for coffee and ice cream at mile 13, and do some small sections of the South Downs Way. The weather looks great, and the views will be lovely.
Please bring substantial snacks (or packed lunch) and plenty of water. There is an optional pub stop at 26.5 miles (East Dean) for those who would like a late pub lunch (or just a beer) near the end of the ride.
