Goodwood ride medium group Sunday 3 August

I’m leading the medium ride. Around 40km with around 900 metres of ascent. Full days ride but a chance to top up with water a third of the way through. Bring what you need for the day anyway so we stop when we want to. Steady pace but plenty of time to get round.
